Composite Program Feature Definitions

Composite features represent logical groupings of similar (in in some cases identical) program features to facilitate trek selection. In some cases it compensates for 'quirks' in the treks book ... for instance the Treks Book lists 'Mexican Homestead' on some itineraries and 'Tour Abreu Homestead' on others however they are identical and only offered at Abreu. In some cases a broadening of the selection is desireable ... while 'Cantina' and 'Cantina Show' are different activities, they both deliver on the 'Cantina' component. In some cases a crew may just want to climb a 'high' mountain. '10000+ Peaks' is intended as away to group those into one selection where the specific peak (activity) is less important.

Abreu Homestead	Tour Abreu Homestead, Mexican Homestead - The same thing
Animals	Horses or Burros (Racing or Packing)
Black Powder	Black Powder Rifle became Muzzle Loading Rifle in 2016
Burros	Burros in any flavor, packing or racing.
Cantina	Cantina or Cantina Show
Evening Program	Cantina Show,Evening Campfire(s); Stomp; Dutch Oven Dessert,Scout Rededication Ceremony or Evening Music
Historic Homesteads	Kit Carson, Historic Homestead, Tour Abreu Homestead, Mexican Homestead, Chase Ranch
Lodge Tour	Hunting Lodge or Fishing Lodge Tour
Named Peaks	Trail Peak, Baldy, Tooth of Time, Hart, Black, Big Red or Phillips
Rocks	Rock Climbing, Bouldering, traverse walls, indoors & out
Shooting Sports	Black Powder, Shotgun ,30.06 or Cowboy Action Shooting
Theme Meal	Chuckwagon Breakfast, Dinner or Mexican Dinner
